About Tom DeMaio, PhD
Dr. Tom DeMaio is a clinical psychologist with more than 30 years of clinical practice. His works with individuals and includes the specialized work of couples and families. He works with individuals and specializes in couples therapy. While primarily in independent practice, he has also been an adjunct professor in the Curry School of Education at the University of Virginia, teaching consultation and supervising advanced graduate students.
As a business consultant, Tom’s current focus is on executive coaching and small teams. He continues to work with executive teams, organizations, businesses, and government agencies to enhance performance and overcome barriers that undermine potential. Tom also works closely with local attorneys as a consulting professional in the collaborative divorce process.
